Sell the electrical set with your house plans (white-label)

In short: you sell the house plan; we draw the matching electrical set so you can sell that too, under your own name. Send the DWG of a plan already in your catalog and we return the complete electrical set with the bill of quantities — editable, unstamped, in your title block.

The gap in every house plan you sell

A catalog plan shows the rooms, the layout and the elevations, then stops right where the building needs power. Whoever buys it still has to find someone, somewhere, to draw the electrical set before construction can start. That gap is a product you are not selling yet.

What we deliver, under your name

Single-line diagramThe distribution board and every circuit on one sheet.
LayoutsSocket-outlet and lighting plans, floor by floor.
Power & earthingPower distribution, earthing and, where relevant, lightning protection.
CalculationsLoad, cable sizing and voltage drop.
Bill of quantitiesEvery item counted off the drawings, as an editable spreadsheet.

Everything comes as editable DWG and DXF with a PDF for review, in your title block and with nothing of ours on it. We are the production team behind your catalog, not a name your buyers ever see.

Drawn once, sold with every copy

A plan type is fixed, so its electrical set is drawn once and goes out with every copy of that plan you sell. You add a deliverable to your catalog without adding an electrical department, and we scale with the number of plan types, not the number of buyers. See a full residential set and its bill of quantities in the sample project, and the symbols we draw with in the DXF symbol set.

Local rules, and who signs

Electrical design follows the country and the utility: circuits, voltage, standards and the connection conditions differ from one buyer to the next. So a catalog electrical set is drawn to one named standard and marked to be localized for the buyer's site, where the licensed engineer on the project reviews it, adjusts it and signs it. We draw; the engineering decisions and the signature stay with a qualified person. The voltage-drop calculator checks conductor sizing against a specific run.

How it works

Send the DWG (or DXF) of one plan from your catalog, drawn to scale with the rooms named. We check it, tell you what the base needs if anything, and return the electrical set in two to five working days. The first plan type is on us, so you can judge the output before we agree on anything else. Start from the order page.
