You give the conditions and the base drawings. We give back the finished drawings and the bill of quantities.
Production drafting for residential buildings of every size — from a single house to a multi-storey block or a whole estate — and up to 90% off the hours a set like this normally takes. Everything comes back as editable DWG with no stamp and no branding of ours: you review it, adjust what you want, and sign it under your own licence.
Your first project is free
Send the base drawing and the conditions, get the full set, and judge it for yourself — before you pay anything. No contract, no obligation to continue.
After the first project: price on request — quoted per building, once we have seen the base drawing.
One project per practice, one building up to 1,000 m² gross floor area. Larger buildings and estates — by prior agreement.
- The architectural base drawing (DWG/DXF)
- The utility connection conditions
- The design brief and, if you have one, the room schedule
- Sheets 03–09 — diagrams, power, sockets, lighting, earthing, details
- The bill of quantities (XLSX)
- The calculations and technical description
Editable DWG + PDF, unstamped and unbranded.
This is what you get
A detail from a socket-outlet sheet: devices placed room by room and cabling routed along the actual walls — in editable DWG.
Who this is for
Licensed electrical design engineers working on residential buildings of any size — house, block or estate — who need drafting capacity, not another signature.
The project stays yours
Nothing we deliver carries our stamp, logo or name — not in the drawing, not in the title block, not in the file properties. We work as your drafting subcontractor.
You are the one who checks
Sizing, protection and every engineering decision goes to your review; the delivery includes the calculations and a list of the items that need your call.
Editable, not a picture
DWG with clean layers and blocks — change whatever you want before you sign.
You sign it. We draw it.
How it works
You send the material
Architectural base drawing (DWG or DXF), the utility company's connection conditions and the design brief. For files over 95 MB, send a link instead.
Automatic drawing check
On arrival we check drawing units, room polygons, room tags, floor layout and wall layers — and tell you what is missing.
Quote and production
You get the price and the deadline. On your confirmation we produce the drawings, bill of quantities and calculations — two working days for a house or a small building, up to five for a larger block or an estate, once the base drawing checks out.
Delivery, then your signature
You download everything from your tracking link as editable DWG. Review, adjustment and signature are yours.
What you get
You pick the scope when ordering — the full set, or only the parts you are missing. Everything arrives as editable DWG/DXF plus PDF.

Drawing requirements
The better the base drawing meets these, the faster and cheaper the work. If something is missing we will tell you exactly what — most gaps are easy to fix.
- Drawing units set (mm or cm) — $INSUNITS must not be 0.
- A closed polygon per room, on a dedicated area layer.
- Room tag as a block with attributes: code and, ideally, room use.
- Floors laid out separately along one axis, with readable names.
- A wall layer (and doors if available) — cable routing follows it.
- No content on layer 0 and no distant junk entities.
- A room schedule (XLSX/PDF) if you have one — room use speeds everything up.
