Documentation language

The language of the drawings, bill of quantities and written parts. Drawing labels, legends and the bill of quantities are produced in the language you choose; allow a little extra time for it.

Before you send anything, we identify ourselves to you by name and sign a mutual NDA — publicly we stay a brand, to you a named and signed party.

Your base plan is confidential: seen only by us, never reused, resold or shown, and removed after the project — sooner on request.

Drawings and conditions (optional)

DWG, PDF, XLSX, ZIP — up to 95 MB in total. You can also send the base drawing later via your tracking link — you can submit the order now.

Your template — title block, layers, bill-of-quantities format (optional)

Attach your own DWG/DXF (title block and layers) or an Excel bill-of-quantities format, and we deliver the drawings and the bill of quantities in your formatting.

Link to large files (optional)

WeTransfer, Google Drive, OneDrive — if the material exceeds 95 MB.

Requirements

Drawing requirements

The better the base drawing meets these, the faster and cheaper the work. If something is missing we will tell you exactly what — most gaps are easy to fix.

Drawing units set (mm or cm) — $INSUNITS must not be 0.
A closed polygon per room, on a dedicated area layer.
Room tag as a block with attributes: code and, ideally, room use.
Floors laid out separately along one axis, with readable names.
A wall layer (and doors if available) — cable routing follows it.
No content on layer 0 and no distant junk entities.
A room schedule (XLSX/PDF) if you have one — room use speeds everything up.
