Data and confidentiality

Short and in plain language: what is kept, where, for how long, and how it is deleted.

What we collect

Your name, email and (optionally) phone, company and licence number — so we can reply and deliver. Plus the material you attach: base drawing, conditions and notes.

Where it is kept

On this site's server, accessible only to us. The server does not open your drawings — it only receives and delivers them; the work itself is done on our workstation.

For how long

We delete the attached material from the server as soon as we download it; only a record of what arrived and when remains. Deliverables and correspondence stay until you ask for removal.

Who else sees it

No one. We do not share, publish or reuse your material for other projects. The examples on this site carry no text and no project data.

Deletion on request

Write to the contact address and everything relating to you will be deleted, including deliverables and correspondence.

Confidentiality agreement (NDA)

Everything you send is treated as confidential without any separate agreement — base drawings, connection requirements, correspondence and deliverables. If your work requires a signed NDA, send us your own form and we sign it before you send anything; if you do not have one, we provide ours. A base drawing we receive is used solely for your project — never as a sample, a portfolio piece, or on another job. The samples on this site show only the electrical work we produced ourselves, in anonymised form — no address, no client, no names or identifying marks, and no editable base drawing.
